While the ultimate mission at Boutique Wellness is reaching the root cause of any illness and empowering patients to do what is necessary to heal themselves, the entire wellness experience here equally touches the mind and spirit!
A personal statement of love and hope for its dedicated founder and Clinical Pharmacist, Mary Coffey, Boutique Wellness — and now Manolo’s Boutique Wines & Bistro — is located in the historic West End neighborhood of Winston-Salem.
Open since 2018, this faith-based business offers positive energy and unique inspiration — and the results are always viewed as a team effort. While Mary gently guides patients toward healthier goals, she’s quick to note that she educates and encourages them, but patients do the actual healing.
“Our team treats patients with a wide variety of conditions, and the plan is to optimize the use of medication through Cancer Check Labs for early detection and full functional lab assessment, and enhance care through nutrition, supplementation, exercise and mindfulness,” Mary explains. “Through aesthetics and regenerative medicine, we deliver safe, advanced and tailored care for natural beauty and wellness.”
While bonding with a new patient and keeping the lines of communication flowing, Boutique Wellness also delivers treatments that are on the cutting edge of technology, targeting the process of anti-aging from the inside out. With longevity ultimately on everyone’s mind, clients typically range from age 35 to 70, and include a mix of both women and men!
Some of the practice’s most often requested services include Emsculpt, PRF (platelet rich fibrin), Botox, 2D facelifts, radio frequency micro-needling, hormone balancing and sexual wellness, and even hormone replacement therapy for men! Hair restoration is also very popular – which involves balancing hormones, scalp preparation, scalp rejuvenation, red light therapy and the addition of peptides to the scalp. For clients interested in a medical weight loss program – the Boutique Wellness process is more than a simple prescription. They will address hormones, inflammation and any thyroid issues with a goal of keeping the weight off. Next, they add in body contouring.
“On the wellness side, we are definitely seeing more requests for information on our weight loss body contouring program, increasing interest in Emsculpt, and we’re working to further enhance our stem cell and longevity programs,” shares Mary.
All procedures at Boutique Wellness are performed by the practice’s Medical Director, Dr. Joe Cleaver, who is a fellow of the American Board of Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine and is board certified in internal medicine and in anti-aging and regenerative medicine, achieving certification by the ABAARM in advanced metabolic endocrinology specializing in bioidentical hormone therapy. Dr. Cleaver lectures nationally and internationally on the topic of longevity medicine.
Mary is double-board certified in clinical nutrition and from the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. She’s also a board member of the North Carolina Integrative Medical Society, a fellow at the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. Her mindset of hope, health, and healing leads her to believe — and therefore teach — that anyone can transform their body if they make that commitment, but 80% is definitely diet and 20% is exercise!
The passion for positivity and a zest for life continues after-hours at Boutique Wellness, as they’ve introduced the community to Boutique Wines, an elegant wine parlor and relaxing extension of their overall experience. Open Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Boutique Wines now offers bourbon and liquor options as well. Visit boutiquewinesnc.com for details on their carefully curated wine collection, live music every Friday night, and to view their beautiful room settings that are available to rent for private family events or corporate gatherings.
Their newest introduction extends the wine experience with an Italian-inspired restaurant, Manolo’s Boutique Wines & Bistro. Open at lunch and in the evenings, Manolo’s is led by Chef Carmine — a culinary master with over 30 years experience in the restaurant industry. The bistro offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and will be hosting wine pairing events, so continue to follow their social media pages for more details.
Boutique Wellness and Manolo’s Boutique Wines & Bistro are all located inside the beautiful historic Rosenbacher House at 848 West 5th Street in Winston-Salem, NC, 336.448.0510. Look for them on the West End Holiday Tour on Sunday, December 8th!
